In Meerut, a case of gang-rape of a married woman has come to light after being called to an Eid party. It is alleged that the old neighbor of the married woman called her on the pretext of Eid party, then mixed intoxicants in cold drink and made her drink. After the victim fell unconscious, three youths gang-raped her. Not only this, the accused also shot the video of the gang rape. After a while the victim regained consciousness.

Ward boy Kasim, resident of Ghosipur village of Kharkhoda in Care Nursing Home located on Hapur Road, raped the girl of Majidnagar admitted in ICU by giving an injection of intoxicant. To hide his misdeeds, Qasim himself had closed the CCTV for 40 minutes. Before the rape, the victim was given an injection of sedation.
