In Varanasi today, the high minister will inaugurate an global cooperation and conference centre, ‘Rudraksh’, that will provide a glimpse of the cultural richness of the historic metropolis of Kashi. As many as 108 Rudraksh have been hooked up at this conference centre and its roof is fashioned like a Shiva Linga, officers said, including that the whole constructing will glow with LED lights at night.
The two-storey conference centre has come up at posh Sigra vicinity on 2.87 hectares of land and has a seating potential of 1,200 people. The officers stated the goal of the venture is to supply possibilities for social and cultural interactions between humans at the global conference centre in Varanasi that would beef up the city’s competitiveness by way of growing its tourism sector.
